As part of their 2020 Holiday Campaign Chanel wanted to offer its consumers a way to send personalized messages to friends and loved ones through an augmented reality experience. They had not done an interactive WebAR experience in the past and came to The Mill to design, build and guide the experience. Working closely with Chanel’s Innovation, Marketing, and Creative teams, we brought this first-time experience to life successfully from the creative concepting and 2D/ 3D development phases to WebAR development and platform integration.
